Account Cloud Engineer at Oracle Riyadh will work with customers, sales, engineering and product teams to design, demonstrate and deploy Oracle Cloud architectures that address customer business problems. Drives Oracle Cloud customer consumption by accelerating the adoption of Oracle cloud services including discovery, design and deployment. 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities involve direct engagement with customers to gather requirements, develop architectures, and translate business needs into solutions. These solutions may be implemented, ensuring successful deployments through code development and scripting.

Demonstrating product/application understanding is crucial. This is achieved through highly customized presentation demonstrations to customers, conferences, and events. Moreover, support extends from Proof of Concept (POC) to production deployment, involving resource configuration, planning, and customer education.

Accountabilities

the creation and distribution of technical assets (white papers, solution code, blog posts, and video demonstrations). As a leading contributor for customers and sales, the focus is on technical cloud solutions and customer success. Identifying gaps and enhancements influences engineering roadmaps for customer-driven features.

Being a leading contributor, direction and mentoring to others may be provided. The work involves non-routine, complex tasks, applying advanced technical/business skills in specialized areas. Interaction with C level executives is a possibility. Keeping expertise current requires staying updated on emerging technologies..

Qualification

Minimum qualifications mandate 8 years of experience with computer applications and tools, along with the ability to travel 50% internationally and domestically. Preferred qualifications, though not mandatory, include a Bachelor of Science-level university degree in Computer Science, Math, or Engineering, or relevant technical experience. An advanced degree in the relevant field is highly desirable.

Expertise in-depth and thorough knowledge of competitive and industry knowledge is essential. Areas of expertise encompass computer applications and tools, system and application design, implementation of advanced product features, project management, technical problem-solving in customer environments, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
