Job Responsibility

• Create a database of the regulations, Notification, circulars and SROs issued by ZATCA and related parties in terms of VAT.
• Make regular reports on monitoring, management, and control of all indirect tax framework compliance.
• Monitor compliance with stc Management policies and procedures by other departments to avoid any anomaly.
• Manual and electronic storage of documents and invoices.

Accountabilities

• Review applicable regulations and make sure that systems implemented accordingly to encompass all requirement.
• Independent review of the VAT returns for Indirect tax for stc Group that constitute over 90% of the Group to maintain segregation of duties functions sanity.
• Coordinate with the BUs if they need any relevant report pertaining to the Indirect Tax
• Sensitivity check of the Consolidated  VAT Return with respective Financials to identify and anomaly.
• Integrate and Automate the source system with the Indirect Tax Module of the ERP.
• Monitor compliance with E-invoicing regulation

Years of Experience

Minimum 6 years of experience in a related discipline

Nature of Experience

• Prior experience in group financial consolidation including ensuring adherence to tax and Zakat regulations and standards and managing tax and Zakat related affairs in a large-scale service oriented industry preferred
• Prior experience within the KSA region and/or the Middle East region including knowledge of regulatory environment and context is preferred

Education

Certifications

Professional certifications such as CMA,ACCA .CPA .CIA or SOCPA or related discipline certifications are preferred
