Key Responsibilities

As a Homeroom Teacher, you will:

• Deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum standards.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Foster students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
• Monitor and assess student progress while providing constructive feedback.
• Establish strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Maintain effective classroom management practices.
• Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development activities.
• Support the school’s vision, mission, and commitment to student success.

Qualifications & Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Education or a relevant subject area.
• Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification teaching experience.
• Experience teaching within an American Curriculum school is highly desirable.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Passion for education and student achievement.
• Ability to work effectively within a multicultural environment.
