Key Responsibilities

As a Nursery English Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate English lessons aligned with the Bloom Nurseries curriculum.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for young children.
• Support children’s language, cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Promote the nursery’s vision, mission, values, and educational standards.
• Assess and monitor student progress and development.
• Build positive relationships with parents, colleagues, and nursery management.
• Maintain effective classroom management and learning practices.
• Participate in school activities, events, and professional development programs.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates should have:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an Early Years or Nursery setting.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Understanding of child development and cognitive psychology.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural educational environment.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
