What You Will Be Doing

The Store Director takes the lead in creating an exceptional luxury customer experience, delivering commercial growth, and cultivating a high-performing, customer-focused retail environment. This role ensures the seamless execution of the Tryano vision across stores and services, strengthens the brand’s market presence, nurtures VIP relationships, and develops top talent, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align products, in-store activations, experiences, and overall commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all store operations, ensuring consistent delivery of commercial, operational, and customer experience objectives in line with Tryano’s luxury standards
• Drive sales performance and key commercial KPIs including revenue, conversion, ATV, UPT, productivity, and client development
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing leadership team, providing clear direction, coaching, and support
• Champion a customer-first culture, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Tryano’s luxury positioning
• Partner closely with Buying, Merchandising, and VM teams to ensure effective execution of assortment strategies
• Ensure operational excellence across all areas of the store, maintaining compliance with company policies and audit requirements
• Use commercial insights, customer feedback, and performance data to identify opportunities and address performance gaps
• Collaborate with Marketing, Ecommerce, and other support functions to execute campaigns and client engagement initiatives
• Lead workforce planning and talent development within the store, ensuring strong succession pipelines
• Act as a role model and ambassador for the Tryano brand, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability
