Role – Sales Assistant

As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of the store—helping customers, ensuring product displays are attractive, supporting sales goals, and making sure every customer leaves satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers; answer product queries and guide purchasing decisions.

• Maintain product displays and restock merchandise.

• Assist with processing transactions (cash/card), refunds when required.

• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually attractive.

• Work with inventory—stock checks, tagging, managing deliveries.

• Meet or support store in achieving sales targets.

• Collaborate with store team to ensure good customer experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in relevant field is a bonus.

• 0-2 years’ experience in a retail or customer service environment.

• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

• Friendly, outgoing, customer-service mindset.

• Basic computer skills (POS systems, mobile devices).

• Ability to stand for long periods, work shifts including weekends.
