We are currently seeking a skilled Site Engineer – Plumbing & Drainage to join our growing team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for engineering professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality MEP projects across residential, commercial, and industrial developments.

Key Responsibilities

As a Site Engineer – Plumbing & Drainage, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of plumbing and drainage installations while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to approved specifications.

Your duties will include:

• Reviewing approved construction drawings and ensuring all required approvals and documentation are available on-site.
• Developing detailed plumbing and drainage work schedules aligned with overall MEP project timelines.
• Planning manpower, materials, and equipment requirements for project execution.
• Supervising day-to-day site activities and monitoring productivity and work progress.
• Verifying material requirements against project bills of quantities (BOQ).
• Leading and coordinating teams of supervisors, foremen, and chargehands.
• Ensuring work is completed within approved budgets and resource allocations.
• Coordinating with subcontractors and project stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and local authorities regarding project activities.
• Working closely with procurement and stores teams to ensure timely material availability.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in plumbing and drainage installation works within MEP projects.
• Proven experience in residential towers, commercial buildings, and industrial construction projects.
• Minimum 2 years of GCC or UAE project experience.
• Previous experience in the ESCO or energy services sector will be an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of plumbing and drainage systems.
• Excellent site management and coordination abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Effective leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
• Good understanding of project scheduling, quality standards, and safety regulations.
