Role Overview

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in delivering high-quality learning experiences for young children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. You will help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports children’s emotional, social, and educational development.

Key Responsibilities

Support teachers in daily classroom activities and routines

Assist in delivering engaging early years learning experiences

Help manage classroom setup, materials, and activities

Provide care and attention to children’s individual needs

Communicate effectively with children and team members

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment

Work collaboratively as part of a team

What We’re Looking For

Education:

• University Degree OR CACHE Level 2
• OR High School Certificate with relevant experience

Experience:

• Previous experience in nursery or early years setting preferred
