What You Will Be Doing
Team Leadership and Beauty Advisor Management
Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of Beauty Advisors to achieve individual and store performance goals
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement development plans
Train new and existing team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, customer service standards, and company policies
Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency
Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture
Customer Experience
Ensure every customer receives exceptional service and personalized beauty consultations
Resolve customer concerns and escalations professionally and promptly
Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement actions to enhance the overall shopping experience
Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer engagement and service excellence
Sales and KPI Management
Drive store sales performance and achievement of revenue targets
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including:
- Sales revenue
- Conversion rate
- Average transaction value (ATV)
- Units per transaction (UPT)
- Customer retention and loyalty program performance
- Individual team member sales performance
Develop and execute action plans to improve sales results and KPI performance
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and promotional activities
Store Operations
Oversee all day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, stock counts, and loss prevention initiatives
Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure store presentation aligns with brand guidelines
Coordinate receiving, transfers, and inventory accuracy activities
Business Performance and Reporting
Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
Support store management in implementing business strategies and operational initiatives
Monitor expenses and contribute to achieving profitability objectives
