The Bodyshop Supervisor for Commercial Vehicles at Al Rostamani Group plays a pivotal role in overseeing the operations related to insurance claims and driving growth within the bodyshop sector. This position is essential for ensuring that the bodyshop meets its targets by fostering strong relationships with insurance companies and fleet operators. Success in this role is measured by the efficiency of claim approvals, the volume of repair jobs generated, and the overall profitability of the bodyshop.

As part of a well-established organization that has been a leader in various sectors since 1957, the Bodyshop Supervisor will be responsible for managing the workflow of insurance-related operations, ensuring that all processes are executed smoothly and efficiently. The role requires proactive engagement with key stakeholders to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit comprehensive repair estimates for insurance-related cases.
• Proactively follow up on insurance approvals to minimize rejection rates and expedite any delayed claims.
• Ensure all necessary documentation, including claim numbers, approvals, and repair orders, is accurately completed and properly filed.
• Engage with insurance companies to generate additional accident repair jobs and enhance business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key insurance partners and large fleet customers to drive business growth.
• Manage corporate claim procedures, negotiating approvals as needed to ensure seamless repair handling.
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding approval status, repair progress, and vehicle readiness.
• Address any disputes or clarification requests from customers and insurers effectively.
• Track and monitor the progress of insurance jobs throughout the bodyshop process to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with the Workshop Manager and Parts Department to facilitate efficient repair progress.
• Communicate job completion to customers and arrange for prompt vehicle deliveries.
• Drive job intake by expanding relationships with insurers and fleet operators.
• Support the achievement of monthly revenue and profitability targets for the bodyshop.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports detailing workflow, claim volumes, approval rates, and outstanding cases.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Business, or Insurance is required.
• 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in bodyshop operations, insurance handling, or fleet accident repair.
• Proven experience working with fleet operators, insurance companies, and third-party adjusters.
• Strong familiarity with claim systems and estimation tools, such as Audatex or similar software.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance claims processes and estimation practices.
• Experience in managing fleet and insurer accounts effectively.
