About the Safety and Risk Manager Role

As a Safety and Risk Manager in Al Kharj, you will play a critical role in eliminating or reducing business and employee risks to acceptable levels. You will implement internationally recognized safety standards, conduct comprehensive Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), and develop robust risk assessment systems and educational programs.

This position reports to senior management and requires close collaboration with operations teams, engineering staff, and external regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance with Saudi Arabian and international safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Risk Assessment & Management: Developing and implementing comprehensive risk assessment procedures to identify potential hazards in industrial plant operations
• Job Hazard Analysis (JHA): Conducting detailed JHA for all operational activities and establishing control measures to mitigate identified risks
• Safety Standards Implementation: Ensuring all operations comply with internationally recognized safety standards and Saudi Arabian occupational health regulations
• Training & Education: Designing and delivering educational programs and safety training sessions for employees at all levels
• Incident Investigation: Leading investigations into workplace incidents, analyzing root causes, and implementing preventive measures
• Policy Development: Creating and updating safety policies, procedures, and documentation to reflect current best practices
• Compliance Monitoring: Regular auditing of plant safety performance and ensuring adherence to corporate safety objectives

Job Requirements

To qualify for this Safety and Risk Manager position in Al Kharj, candidates must meet the following criteria:
