What You Will Be Doing

As a Digital Learning Trainee, you will:

• Immerse yourself in key retail stores to understand the daily work of Beauty Advisors and identify real training needs

• Learn how to translate the brand’s identity into modern digital learning content

• Transform traditional materials into micro-learning formats such as short videos, quizzes, and story-style modules

• Build deeper knowledge in categories like fragrances and skincare

• Create specialized digital modules that support retail teams

• Use analytics and feedback to refine content

• Explore new digital tools that enhance the learning experience

• Support the preparation of reports that highlight the impact of digital training
