Key Responsibilities
Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures
Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
Assist in developing and updating safety policies, manuals, and standard operating procedures
Prepare reports on safety performance, incidents, and near misses
Enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and promote a culture of safety awareness
Maintain documentation and records related to inspections, incidents, and HSE audits
Participate in emergency response activities
Investigate incidents, accidents, and unsafe working conditions, and recommend preventive measures
Ensure that environmental practices align with applicable laws and internal environmental protection guidelines
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve overall safety practices
Support the Safety Supervisor in meeting HSE objectives and reporting requirements
Stay updated with changes in HSE regulations and best practices
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma or Associate Degree in Occupational Health, Safety, or a related field
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in HSE, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting
Kawadir certification is a must
Very good English communication skills
Very good computer skills
