As the company continues expanding into new markets and verticals, its Rabigh site at King Abdullah Economic City is looking for a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for calls, visitors, and day-to-day communication flowing through the facility.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone and radio calls, directing each one to the correct department without delay
- Keep an accurate, up-to-date log of all outgoing and incoming calls
- Escalate any department-related issues to the Shift Manager as they come up, rather than letting them sit
- Act as a reliable communication point between callers, visitors, and internal teams throughout the shift
Requirements
- Diploma or High School qualification
- At least 1 year of prior experience in a receptionist or front office role
- A naturally customer-focused approach, with a calm, even temperament under pressure
- Solid computer literacy
- Good spoken and written English
Salary
- 4,500 SR per month
