Your Role:

As an LSA, you will be the bridge that helps students connect with the curriculum. Working alongside our Head of Inclusion and Class Teachers, you will provide tailored support that addresses academic, social, and emotional development. You will help create a safe, nurturing environment where students feel confident to take risks and grow.

What you will do:

• Deliver Targeted Support: Implement structured interventions and adapt learning materials to suit individual IEPs and Student Support Plans.

• Foster Independence: Encourage students to build resilience, confidence, and self-advocacy skills.

• Monitor & Report: Track student progress accurately, providing constructive feedback to teachers and parents to ensure continuous improvement.

• Collaborate: Work closely with therapists, external professionals, and parents to create a cohesive support network for each student.

• Safeguard: Uphold the highest standards of student welfare, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment at all times.

Who we are looking for:

• Qualifications: High School Diploma (essential); a background in SEND, Child Development, or Education is a strong advantage.

• Experience: Previous experience in an educational setting with children is required; experience with SEND/EAL students is highly desirable.

• Personality: Patience, empathy, and a collaborative spirit. You are an excellent communicator who builds trust with students and families quickly.
