Role Overview:

As an Inclusion Learning Support Assistant, you will be instrumental in fostering an accessible learning environment for students across the Primary phase. You will work closely with teaching staff to implement provision maps and support the holistic development of our pupils.

Duties will include:

• Teaching & Learning: Supporting the planning, delivery, and evaluation of learning activities for individuals and small groups.

• Assessment & Feedback: Providing detailed observational feedback to the Oasis Team and class teachers to track student progress.

• Curriculum Support: Assisting in the development and delivery of inclusive provision.

• Cover & Supervision: Supervising classes during the short-term absence of the Inclusion Teacher.

• Extra-Curricular: Participating in school trips and other duties as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma minimum (CACHE Level 3 preferred).

• Experience: Demonstrable recent experience working with SEN students in a school setting.

• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent rapport with students (ages 4-11) and the ability to work effectively within a team.

• Professional Standards: High expectations of student behavior and achievement; able to take direction proactively.

• Personal Attributes: Enthusiastic, flexible, and committed to encouraging individual student development.

Terms of Employment

This is a local contract. Candidates must hold a valid UAE residency/sponsorship (Golden Visa or spouse-sponsored) and provide their own medical insurance.
