Job Overview

The Inventory, Procurement & Pricing Manager at Al Rostamani Group plays a critical role in ensuring that inventory levels are maintained efficiently across all branches and warehouses. This position is pivotal in aligning procurement strategies with sales forecasts and operational requirements, thereby ensuring that stock availability meets market demand. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire procurement process, from vendor negotiations to inventory analysis, ensuring that the company operates smoothly and cost-effectively.

In this role, you will be tasked with monitoring inventory levels, analyzing sales trends, and coordinating with suppliers to optimize stock availability. You will also implement strategies to enhance inventory turnover and reduce holding costs, while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and OEMs. Your contributions will directly impact the operational efficiency and profitability of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage parts inventory across multiple warehouses and branches to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Analyze inventory data to identify fast-moving and slow-moving parts, implementing strategies to improve turnover rates.
• Coordinate inter-branch transfers based on real-time demand and stock assessments.
• Conduct regular stock counts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Plan and execute procurement strategies based on sales forecasts and customer demand, ensuring timely availability of parts.
• Issue purchase orders to both local and international suppliers, ensuring adherence to delivery schedules.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions.
• Monitor shipment schedules and coordinate logistics, including customs clearance when necessary.
• Maintain strong relationships with OEMs and local suppliers to enhance procurement efficiency.
• Evaluate vendor performance based on key metrics such as delivery reliability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the pricing team to ensure competitive pricing strategies for parts.
• Support cost-reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing and supplier consolidation.
• Utilize ERP systems effectively to manage inventory data and procurement processes.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on inventory health, procurement KPIs, and supplier performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in inventory control and procurement, ideally within the automotive or spare parts sector.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and warehouse management tools is essential.
• Strong knowledge of international sourcing practices, import regulations, and vendor management.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize inventory levels.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills to foster strong supplier relationships.
