Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with premium and luxury clients to drive catering sales and revenue.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while managing a robust sales pipeline to meet annual budgets and KPIs.
• Revitalize the catering business by enhancing offerings, processes, and overall client experience.
• Ensure all proposals and presentations align with the brand’s identity and standards.
• Collaborate closely with F&B, operations, marketing, finance, and senior management teams to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor and report on sales, collection, contract, and revenue KPIs to ensure targets are met.
• Engage in contract negotiations and manage client acquisition strategies effectively.
• Utilize CRM/ERP systems to track client interactions and sales progress, with SAP knowledge being a distinct advantage.
• Exhibit excellent communication and networking skills to interact confidently with luxury clientele.
• Demonstrate a strong business development mindset, identifying and converting potential opportunities into profitable contracts.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring all client interactions reflect the brand’s presentation standards.
• Work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment while adapting to new challenges.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in catering, food and beverage, hospitality, or business development, particularly within luxury sectors.
• Demonstrated success in sales, client acquisition, and contract negotiation.
• Experience managing high-value clients and fostering long-term relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on achieving sales targets and budgets.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and convert them into successful partnerships.
• High attention to detail and a deep understanding of brand standards in presentation.
• Fluent in English, with proficiency in French being a plus for engaging with French-speaking clients.
