The Role

The Fire and Safety Officer will be responsible for the safety of all divisional personnel, contractors, and visitors at all Hail site locations and accommodations.

You will report any unsafe or defective equipment, practices, acts, or omissions to functional management and ensure immediate corrective action is taken to eliminate or minimize the risk of loss.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee fire detection and suppression equipment across Hail sites
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments
  • Identify and report unsafe conditions or practices
  • Ensure immediate corrective actions are implemented
  • Maintain safety records and documentation
  • Coordinate with management on safety protocols and emergency response
  • Promote a culture of safety awareness among employees and contractors

What You Need to Be Shortlisted

  • Diploma in a relevant field (safety, fire, or engineering)
  • 3 years of experience in a multicultural workforce handling fire detection and suppression equipment
  • Minimum 5 years of previous experience in fire management
  • Previous experience as a trained firefighter with either a civil Fire Brigade or a large multinational company fire team
