Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective Chemistry lessons to students at GCSE and A Level.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies that enhance student learning and engagement.
• Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
• Participate actively in school events, extracurricular activities, and community initiatives.
• Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of curriculum developments and educational best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant Science field with a PGCE/PGDE or equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrated experience teaching Chemistry at the GCSE and A Level.
• Exemplary teaching practices with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching and school life.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues.
• A proven track record of delivering outstanding educational outcomes.
