Qualifications & Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed) or a degree with PGCE/PGDE specializing in Early Years education.
• Experience teaching within the National Curriculum for England at the Primary level, with early career teachers encouraged to apply.
• A proven track record of delivering effective and engaging lessons.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive.
• Experience in contributing to a well-rounded curriculum that promotes creativity and critical thinking.
