About the Role

The Bus Driver will be responsible for operating company buses, ensuring timely and safe transport, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and following all traffic laws and company policies. Strong customer service skills and punctuality are essential in this role. You will play a key part in ensuring that passengers reach their destinations safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate company buses safely and efficiently to transport passengers

• Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely arrivals and departures

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus to ensure safety and cleanliness

• Maintain discipline and safety of passengers during transit

• Report any mechanical issues or accidents promptly to supervisors

• Provide courteous and professional service to all passengers

Requirements

• Valid Bus Driver license (DL) or equivalent for bus operation

• Proven experience as a bus driver, preferably in a similar environment

• Good knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and vehicle maintenance

• Excellent driving skills and a clean driving record

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work flexible hours as per transportation schedules
