As the Branch In-charge for the Suzuki Workshop, you will oversee the efficient functioning of workshop operations, ensuring customer needs are met while achieving sales objectives. This role is pivotal in maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet financial and non-financial targets including labor sales and service campaigns.
• Optimize operating costs to maximize profitability.
• Manage petty cash and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Motivate and lead the workshop team to deliver exceptional service.
• Conduct performance assessments and recommend training for staff development.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly to enhance satisfaction.
• Supervise repairs to ensure adherence to manufacturer guidelines and quality standards.
• Regularly audit operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3-year Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a dealership environment at a supervisory or senior service advisor level.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• In-depth knowledge of repair policies, cost control, and financial management.
• Excellent relationship management and presentation skills.
