Lead Business Analyst at STC will play a pivotal role in actively monitoring and optimizing the performance of stc Group and its Subsidiaries, aligning closely with the overarching group corporate strategy to ensure seamless integration and achievement of strategic objectives. Responsibilities include spearheading development and validation of financial models to meet the evolving needs of the corporate strategy while meticulously tracking and reporting Group Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to gauge performance against established benchmarks. Adherence to business policies and procedures is paramount in executing duties effectively. This role presents an opportunity to drive organizational success through astute corporate planning and performance management within a dynamic corporate environment. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility

1. Group Corporate Performance Monitoring & Reporting

a)    Support the collection of Group related KPIs actual monthly achievements and performance review.
b)    Conduct alignment meetings with related stakeholders to maintain documentation and reporting on time.
c)    Support the process of conducting detailed analysis and reporting on corporate objectives/ KPIs based on historical data & target setting
d)    Provide insightful findings and actionable recommendations to support stc Group in achieving its strategic objectives.
e)    Provide feedback of performance In order to identify any strategic drift and provide valuable insights for Strategy development/refresh

2. Group Corporate Performance Review & Decision Support

a)    Support the process of conducting review meetings to discuss performance measurement and progress to ensure alignment with stakeholders.
b)    Conduct continuous business analysis and dialogue on business performance to identify deviations and support the decision making of top management.

3. Subsidiary Corporate Performance Monitoring & Reporting

a)    Support the process of conducting corporate performance measurement and reporting activities for stc Group subsidiaries
b)    Calculate and report stc Group Subsidiaries corporate performance
c)    Support the process of conducting performance review of strategic objectives performance

4. Group & Subsidiaries Value Creation Monitoring

a)    Define value creation metrics and KPIs
b)    Define the value tree for assigned stc Group Subsidiary
c)    Analyze new subsidiary business plans to ensure value creation to stc group
d)    Link performance drivers and approved assumptions with financial model.

5. Group Growth Performance Monitoring & Reporting

a)    Develop key metrics and KPIs to measure newly launched growth companies.
b)    Define growth key metrics and KPIs
c)    Design growth scorecard that shall summarize growth strategy and reflect how the company is growing
d)    Support the process of conducting corporate performance measurement and reporting activities for growth pillars
e)    Support the collection of Group strategy growth pillars KPIs actual periodic achievements and performance review.
f)    Provide insightful findings and actionable recommendations related to corporate growth performance measurement to provide support to stc Group.

6. Group Corporate Performance Data Validation & Repository Management

a)    Perform data collection and validation of actuals to ensure maintaining accuracy for corporate performance reports.
b)    Support the collection of data from variety of sources for the purpose of measurements and uploading in the data repository

Experience

4-6 Years and Prior experience in performance management and monitoring in telecommunication industry
