Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify new business opportunities, including growth areas and new customers.
- Visit prospective customers to showcase products and inform them about pricing and availability.
- Develop and respond to proposals for customer requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to promote sales and provide necessary support.
- Establish common goals with customers linked to account plans.
- Negotiate prices and secure orders.
- Open new customer accounts and fulfill administrative requirements.
- Monitor sales performance and address issues proactively.
- Provide sales status reports to the Sales Manager.
- Assist credit control team in resolving customer disputes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum Higher Secondary or Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and sales techniques.
- Proficient in English; Arabic and Hindi are advantages.
- Strong negotiation and active listening skills.
- Social perceptiveness and awareness of customer reactions.
