Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Batelco’s range of telecom products and services through retail outlets, telemarketing, roadshows, and promotional events.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to business revenue growth.
• Identify suitable locations for events, roadshows, and customer engagement activities through market research.
• Generate sales leads through customer interactions, events, and outbound calls.
• Handle customer service requests including service activation, bill payments, inquiries, complaints, and account-related requests.
• Process customer documents, verify information, and submit service provisioning requests.
• Perform customer background checks including credit verification where required.
• Support service restoration processes after payment completion according to company procedures.
• Manage daily cash collections, financial transactions, and banking deposits securely.
• Conduct stock checks and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues related to payments, refunds, disputes, transfers, and service requests.
• Support marketing promotions and campaigns at retail locations.
• Maintain service quality standards and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Participate in company projects, training programs, and employee development activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English (additional languages are an advantage).
• Ability to work in a retail and target-driven sales environment.
• Good understanding of customer service practices and sales techniques.
