Receptionist Career Opportunity at Almarai KSA 

Overview

As the company continues expanding into new markets and verticals, its Rabigh site at King Abdullah Economic City is looking for a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for calls, visitors, and day-to-day communication flowing through the facility.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming telephone and radio calls, directing each one to the correct department without delay
  • Keep an accurate, up-to-date log of all outgoing and incoming calls
  • Escalate any department-related issues to the Shift Manager as they come up, rather than letting them sit
  • Act as a reliable communication point between callers, visitors, and internal teams throughout the shift

Requirements

  • Diploma or High School qualification
  • At least 1 year of prior experience in a receptionist or front office role
  • A naturally customer-focused approach, with a calm, even temperament under pressure
  • Solid computer literacy
  • Good spoken and written English

Salary

  • 4,500 SR per month
