What You Will Be Doing

Team Leadership and Beauty Advisor Management

  • Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of Beauty Advisors to achieve individual and store performance goals

  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement development plans

  • Train new and existing team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, customer service standards, and company policies

  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency

  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture

Customer Experience

  • Ensure every customer receives exceptional service and personalized beauty consultations

  • Resolve customer concerns and escalations professionally and promptly

  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement actions to enhance the overall shopping experience

  • Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer engagement and service excellence

Sales and KPI Management

  • Drive store sales performance and achievement of revenue targets

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including:

  • Sales revenue
  • Conversion rate
  • Average transaction value (ATV)
  • Units per transaction (UPT)
  • Customer retention and loyalty program performance
  • Individual team member sales performance
  • Develop and execute action plans to improve sales results and KPI performance

  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and promotional activities

Store Operations

  • Oversee all day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards

  • Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, stock counts, and loss prevention initiatives

  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure store presentation aligns with brand guidelines

  • Coordinate receiving, transfers, and inventory accuracy activities

Business Performance and Reporting

  • Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports

  • Analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement

  • Support store management in implementing business strategies and operational initiatives

  • Monitor expenses and contribute to achieving profitability objectives
