Job Opportunity
KEO is seeking a talented Land Surveyor (GCC National) to join their award-winning team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
This role is ideal for experienced surveyors who are GCC nationals looking to contribute to major infrastructure and construction projects in the Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities
Attend requests for inspection for all survey and setting out based work on a daily basis, ensuring all works are validated on site
Check contractor drawings and site operations in relation to required survey checks and reviews
Prepare daily project reports (written and photographic) on progress of works for survey-related matters
Review and comment on shop drawings for setting out accuracy and identify existing areas that may be affected by proposed road construction works
Assist the Senior Land Surveyor in addressing key stakeholder queries regarding orientation of proposed works
Continually monitor works to ensure contractor compliance with agreed site safety policies and methods of working
Prohibit continuation of unsafe execution of works by the contractor when necessary
Report any safety concerns to site management team and relevant safety officers
Attend periodical technical, safety, quality, and progress meetings as required
Constantly review contractor’s ongoing and scheduled work to identify potential issues before they impact progress
