Safety Officer Job at Ninja Saudi Arabia. Ninja is looking for a Security and Safety Officer to help maintain a safe and secure work environment. In this role, you will conduct inspections, monitor security systems, ensure compliance with regulations, and support incident response and safety awareness activities.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections and report hazards or unsafe conditions
Follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely closure of safety issues
Check readiness of safety and security equipment regularly
Monitor security guards’ performance and ensure compliance with procedures
Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious activities
Support supervision of security personnel on site
Prepare incident reports and escalate critical issues to management
Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements
Assist with audits, inspections, and closure of findings
Support safety training, inductions, and awareness activities for staff
Monitor staff compliance with safety rules and promote a positive safety culture
Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting as needed
Requirements
Basic understanding of safety regulations, security systems, and emergency response procedures
0 to 1 year of relevant experience in safety, security, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Familiarity with CCTV systems and access control technologies
Ability to conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures
Capable of responding effectively and efficiently to security or safety incidents
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Certified under the Occupational Safety and Health Program (Practitioner or Professional level)
Holder of a valid Kwader certificate
Additional certifications such as CPP, PSP, or OSHA 30 are considered an advantage
Ability to remain calm under pressure and provide support during emergency situations
Preferred Qualifications
CPP (Certified Protection Professional)
PSP (Physical Security Professional)
OSHA 30-hour certification
