The ideal candidate will generate new sales opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue sales leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Present and promote company services to potential clients effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow up on client communication.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or company systems.
Provide regular reporting to the Sales Manager on performance and pipeline.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field (preferred).
1–2 years of experience in sales or client-facing roles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and goal-oriented.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
