Key Responsibilities
Teaching Assistant Duties
Organize and prepare educational materials and classroom resources.
Help distribute project materials and assist students with learning activities.
Maintain classroom supplies and support classroom organization/clean-up.
Assist teacher in tracking attendance and supervising snack times.
Perform general office assistance tasks such as photocopying and filing when required.
Bus Attendant Duties
Monitor students on the school bus and maintain order, ensuring student safety at all times.
Check student attendance before departure and upon arrival.
Communicate absences to relevant staff or parents.
Ensure students are properly seated and belted, return young children to authorized adults.
Report behaviour issues and any safeguarding concerns to the transport manager.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Graduate (minimum high-school diploma usually expected; degree preferred).
Experience: ~2 years working as a teaching assistant or in a relevant childcare/education support role.
Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Professionalism, empathy, patience, and a child-centred approach.
Salary & Benefits (Estimated)
Average Salary in Dubai for Teaching Assistants & Bus Attendants:
