Job Overview / Role Summary

As a Head Chef specializing in Chinese cuisine, you will oversee kitchen operations and ensure meals are prepared according to set menus and high standards. This role requires managing workflow, maintaining hygiene and sanitation, and coordinating timely meal service for a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

You will prepare authentic Chinese dishes, manage inventory and food supplies, supervise kitchen staff, and ensure smooth daily operations. Maintaining discipline, cleanliness, and food safety standards is essential. Your leadership will ensure the kitchen runs efficiently while delivering high-quality culinary experiences.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Candidates must have proven experience as a Head Chef in Chinese cuisine and the ability to work in high-demand environments. Strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and presentation standards is required. The role involves a live-in assignment on a military base for a two-month contract.

Salary & Benefits

The position offers a salary of AED 5,000–5,500 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances. Additional benefits include accommodation and transportation provided by the client.

The role is based in Abu Dhabi and requires living on-site during the contract. The position involves full-time hours with responsibilities across kitchen management and meal service coordination.
