As an Administrative Assistant, you will support the school’s daily operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating communication, and ensuring smooth organization within the department. You will work closely with leadership and staff to maintain efficiency and high standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Secondary Leadership Team
- Manage emails, documents, and official correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and staff communication
- Maintain student records and update internal systems
- Assist with preparation of reports, letters, and presentations
- Handle parent communication including events and notifications
- Organize travel, accommodation, and staff onboarding
- Manage office supplies, filing systems, and documentation
- Ensure accuracy of records including fire registers and student data
- Support school operations and cover arrangements when needed
What We’re Looking For
Education:
- High School Certificate or Bachelor’s Degree
Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years in an administrative or similar role
Skills & Qualities:
- Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
- Arabic language skills are an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Outlook 365
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with parents and staff
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
