Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end sea export operations, ensuring timely shipment and documentation.
Liaise with customers to handle inquiries, booking confirmations, and shipment updates.
Prepare and verify export documents, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and agents to ensure smooth cargo movement.
Monitor shipment schedules and track containers to meet delivery deadlines.
Handle operational issues, delays, or discrepancies and provide solutions promptly.
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with shipment information.
Support billing and invoicing related to sea export operations.
Collaborate with the team to optimize processes and improve customer service levels.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in sea freight export operations or customer service.
Strong knowledge of export documentation and shipping regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and logistics management systems.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Team player with a customer-focused mindset.
Salary & Benefits
AED 4,500 – AED 8,500 / month (based on sea freight export operations and customer service roles in Dubai):
