Job Overview

As a Senior IT Operations Custodian, you will lead the day-to-day management of all internal IT systems. Your mission is to ensure high availability, security, and performance of hardware, software, and integrations. This is a hands-on role with ownership over critical IT infrastructure, from user devices to domain management, server administration, and backup systems. You will act as the first responder for system incidents and guide continuous improvements in the company’s digital stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage domains, DNS settings, SSL certificate renewals, and digital infrastructure reliability.

• Administer Office 365: user account creation, license management, Outlook / Teams troubleshooting.

• Oversee company servers, websites, CRM/ERP systems, and analytics integrations.

• Deploy and configure laptops / workstations for employees; track and manage IT assets.

• Respond to system downtime, crashes, and network interruptions as the primary point of escalation.

• Maintain VR systems used for client property presentations.

• Implement and maintain IT security controls, backups, and risk mitigation strategies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 5–10+ years in IT operations, systems administration, or related roles.

• Technical knowledge: Office 365, Active Directory, DNS, servers, and networking.

• IT Infrastructure: Experience with backup strategies, IT risk controls, and infrastructure continuity.

• Adaptability: Experience or willingness to work with VR-based systems (desirable).

• Certifications (a plus): Microsoft 365, ITIL, CompTIA Network+/Security+.

• Soft Skills: Proactive, independent, strong problem-solving, and ability to handle high-pressure incidents.

Salary & Benefits

AED 10,000 – AED 17,000 / month (based on comparable IT operations and IT admin roles)
