Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive Senior Operations Supervisor to join our Dubai team. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and ensure smooth execution of business processes. Your role will be critical in maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and task execution.

• Lead a team of operations staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

• Monitor key operational metrics and KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Liaise with other departments (sales, customer service, logistics) to align operations with business goals.

• Prepare operational reports and present them to senior management.

• Ensure compliance with company standards, health & safety regulations, and quality protocols.

• Handle escalations or operational issues and find efficient solutions.

• Mentor junior team members and build capacity within the operations team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).

• 5–10 years of experience in operations supervision or a related role.

• Strong leadership and team-management skills.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and operations-management tools / software.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Salary & Benefits

AED 5,000 – AED 11,000 / month — Based on available salary data:
