Role / Job Purpose

The Interior Sales Advisor (Outdoor) will help customers select and purchase outdoor furniture and décor, provide design advice, and drive sales in the outdoor living category. Your role is essential to creating a welcoming shopping experience and ensuring customer satisfaction while boosting revenue for outdoor lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend outdoor furniture, finishes, and décor

• Maintain up‑to-date product knowledge, including materials, weather resistance, and design styles

• Prepare quotes, process sales transactions, and follow up on orders

• Maintain and arrange outdoor displays to reflect current trends and sales promotions

• Assist in inventory management: stock checks, replenishment, and receiving deliveries

• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints professionally

• Collaborate with the wider sales team and store management to meet individual and store sales targets

Required Qualifications & Skills
