As a Mystery Shopper, you will take on assignments to evaluate customer service, store presentation, staff behavior, and overall client experience. Your role is crucial in providing objective, actionable feedback based on real customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Visit assigned locations (retail stores, restaurants, service centers) or make mystery calls to assess customer experience.

Conduct “no-purchase” visits or “purchase” visits, depending on assignment.

Observe and evaluate service, cleanliness, product presentation, staff behavior, and process compliance.

Complete detailed reports or surveys after each visit, providing honest, structured feedback.

Maintain discretion and professionalism — your identity as a shopper must remain unknown to the staff.

Collaborate with the research or field operations team to ensure accurate data collection.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Excellent observational skills and attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable visiting different locations and interacting subtly with staff

Ability to fill out structured evaluation reports accurately and on time

Basic digital literacy (smartphone, internet) for submitting reports

Reliable, discreet, and professional

Salary & Market Insight

Mystery Shoppers in Saudi Arabia typically earn SAR 192–209/hour per Glassdoor data.

For “no-purchase” visits, compensation may range from SAR 50–100 per completed report, depending on the type of visit.

For “purchase” visits, costs are often reimbursed up to a pre-agreed limit.
