Job Overview

We are looking for a driven Administrative Project Coordinator who also has solid HR experience. In this hybrid role, you’ll manage administrative projects, coordinate with different teams, and handle HR-related tasks — from onboarding and employee records to policy support. You’ll be a key link between operations and HR, ensuring both project initiatives and people processes run smoothly.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support administrative projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive project milestones and maintain status reports.

  • Assist with HR tasks such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation.

  • Maintain and update HR files, records, and systems with accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Plan, organize, and schedule meetings, training sessions, and workshops.

  • Support performance review processes, policy implementation, and internal communications.

  • Prepare and present project reports, HR metrics, and administrative updates to senior management.

  • Work on process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency in both project and HR workflows.

 Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Experience in project coordination or administration (ideally 3+ years).

  • Proven HR experience: recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation.

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable with HR systems.

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative, while collaborating well with different teams.

 Preferred Skills

  • Project management certification or experience (e.g., PMP, Prince2).

  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR compliance.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset and process-oriented thinking.

 Salary & Benefits

  • Estimated Salary: ~ AED 6,000 – 10,000/month, depending on experience and scope. (HR Coordinator avg ~ AED 6,105/month in UAE)
