Job Overview

We’re looking for a friendly, attentive, and service-minded Waiter to join a lively Levantine-style café in Dubai. As the face of the restaurant, you’ll be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences — from welcoming guests to serving authentic Arabic dishes with a smile.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and seat guests, offering a genuine and engaging first impression.

• Present menus, provide food and beverage recommendations, and ensure accuracy when taking orders.

• Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to guarantee timely service.

• Maintain a clean, well-organized dining area throughout service hours.

• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.

• Uphold restaurant standards in appearance, service quality, and hygiene.

• Support daily closing duties, including billing, table resets, and stock checks.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Open to CIS and Asian nationals, aged 35 or below.

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a similar Waiter or service role, preferably in Arabic or Mediterranean restaurants.

• Positive, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.

• Professional presentation and commitment to guest satisfaction.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Preferred Attributes

• Basic knowledge of Arabic dishes and beverages.

• Previous experience in premium or casual-fine dining environments.

• Team-oriented with strong multitasking and interpersonal skills.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Up to AED 5,000/month (depending on experience).

• Perks: Tips, monthly incentives, duty meals, and uniform provided.
