Job Overview
Position: Finance Manager
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Experience Required: 8–12 years in accounting, financial control, and management
Industry: Finance / Accounting / Corporate Management
Nationality: Open to all; preference for candidates with GCC experience
Key Responsibilities
Lead the financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring timely and accurate forecasting.
Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS standards.
Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital, providing insights for cost optimization and profitability.
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws, external audits, and internal financial controls.
Coordinate with department heads to support business growth through financial insights and analysis.
Develop and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve organizational goals.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA are highly desirable.
8–12 years of proven experience in financial management, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
Strong command of IFRS standards, financial modeling, and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: AED 18,000 – 25,000 per month (depending on experience).
