Job Overview

• Position: Finance Manager

• Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

• Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent

• Experience Required: 8–12 years in accounting, financial control, and management

• Industry: Finance / Accounting / Corporate Management

• Nationality: Open to all; preference for candidates with GCC experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring timely and accurate forecasting.

• Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management.

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS standards.

• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital, providing insights for cost optimization and profitability.

• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws, external audits, and internal financial controls.

• Coordinate with department heads to support business growth through financial insights and analysis.

• Develop and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve organizational goals.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA are highly desirable.

• 8–12 years of proven experience in financial management, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.

• Strong command of IFRS standards, financial modeling, and ERP systems.

• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: AED 18,000 – 25,000 per month (depending on experience).
