About NLCS (UK)

North London Collegiate School (UK) was founded in 1850 by Frances Mary Buss with a vision to offer academically ambitious education to girls. For over 160 years, the school has pioneered women’s education and remains among the highest achieving schools in the UK. Exam results regularly top UK league tables, and the school has consistently achieved outstanding Oxbridge success rates.

Unlike many independent schools, NLCS maintains close links with its overseas branch schools. Staff are interviewed in London by NLCS (UK) staff, and once appointed, teachers are invited to London for induction and training, generously funded by the school’s partners.

About NLCS Dubai

NLCS Dubai opened in 2017 and aims to be the top-performing IB World School in the UAE. The school offers an academically ambitious education in keeping with the aspirational ethos of NLCS (UK), along with an impressive range of extra-curricular activities to foster well-rounded individuals capable of becoming leaders.

The school is a co-educational day school for pupils aged 3 to 18 years, situated within the prestigious Hartland development in Dubai. NLCS Dubai is authorised as an IB Continuum school for the Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP), and Diploma Programme (DP).
