Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results vs budget and forecast.

  • Build financial models to support business decisions, investments, and strategic planning.

  • Prepare budget, forecast, and variance analysis reports.

  • Assist in the preparation of long-term financial plans.

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to management.

  • Support cost analysis, profitability assessment, and margin improvement initiatives.

  • Work with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, procurement) to ensure alignment of financial goals.

  • Produce dashboards, KPI reports, and management presentations.

  • Support ad hoc financial projects, including capital expenditure and business cases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience in financial planning & analysis, reporting, or financial modeling.

  • Proficiency with Excel (advanced) and financial modeling techniques.

  • Good business sense and ability to interpret financial data.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to present financial insights.

  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

  • Experience with ERP systems or reporting tools is a plus.

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
