Job Overview

Role – Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of residential development projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.

• Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align project objectives.

• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

• Oversee site progress, quality, and safety, ensuring compliance with local building codes.

• Conduct regular site meetings, progress reviews, and risk assessments.

• Manage subcontractors, consultants, and contractors.

• Ensure that design deliverables, permits, and approvals are obtained.

• Facilitate value engineering exercises to optimize cost and functionality.

• Report to senior management on project status, KPIs, and key risks.

• Lead handover processes, ensuring completed units meet quality standards and client expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Solid experience managing residential construction or development projects.

• Proven ability to handle budgeting, scheduling, and project risk.

• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.

• Excellent communication with stakeholders (designers, contractors, clients).

• Knowledge of construction laws, building regulations, and quality standards.

• Proficient in project management software and MS Office.
