Role – Sales Manager (Luxury Furniture)
You will lead the sales team to achieve ambitious targets, secure high-value clients, and nurture long-term relationships. Your role is both strategic and hands-on — overseeing key accounts, coordinating with marketing and operations, and driving showroom performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies tailored for luxury furniture markets.
Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, designers, architects, and hospitality buyers.
Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team (showroom staff, account executives).
Track KPIs: sales growth, average order value, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
Manage showroom performance, visual merchandising, and product launches.
Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns, VIP events, and furniture launches.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with key clients.
Forecast sales, manage budgets, and report to senior management.
Visit clients, attend industry events, and represent the brand externally.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in sales management within luxury furniture, interior design, or related retail.
Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Deep understanding of the luxury furniture market and customer preferences.
Strategic mindset and target-oriented approach.
Familiarity with CRM systems and showroom metrics.
Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
