Reports To: C-Level Executive (e.g., CEO, Founder)
Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma preferred
Experience: 5+ years experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar
Nationality: Native English speaker preferred
Role – Personal Assistant
You will manage the executive’s calendar, plan travel, handle correspondence, prepare reports and presentations, and act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. You may also support personal tasks, events, or projects, always maintaining confidentiality and a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage the executive’s schedule, meetings, and diary.
Arrange domestic and international travel, including logistics and itineraries.
Handle email, calls, correspondence, and gatekeeping.
Prepare and proofread reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
Coordinate with internal departments and external contacts.
Support personal tasks and errands as required.
Maintain confidential files and records.
Attend to ad-hoc tasks and special projects, as directed.
Required Skills & Attributes
Native-level English fluency with excellent written and verbal skills.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
