A well-known paint manufacturer/distributor in Doha, Qatar is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to boost sales of its paint products, work with existing and new customers (contractors, retailers, individuals), and contribute to the company’s growth in the local market.

Role – Sales Executive (Paints)

As a Sales Executive, you will drive sales of paint products across various customer segments. You’ll meet with contractors, distributors, retailers, and end customers; present products, negotiate deals, forecast demand, and ensure sales targets are achieved. You will also provide market feedback to the product and marketing teams to support future growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients: contractors, retailers, and end users.

  • Manage and grow a sales territory, generating new business and maintaining existing accounts.

  • Present product offerings, provide technical information and demonstrations.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions.

  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports; track performance against targets.

  • Support marketing activities, including promotions, product launches, and events.

  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to help improve products.

  • Coordinate with operations/logistics to ensure timely delivery to customers.

  • Maintain strong relationships with painting contractors, architects, and key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–7 years of sales experience, preferably in paint, coatings, construction, or related industries.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Technical understanding of paint products (decorative, industrial) is a plus.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.

  • Good organizational skills with the ability to follow up on leads and track sales.

  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is desirable.

  • Valid driving license would be advantageous.

  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
