Role – Real Estate Broker
As a Real Estate Broker, you will work to identify clients (buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants), facilitate property viewings, negotiate deals, and close transactions. You will earn commission on sales or rent deals and may also be involved in lead generation and networking activities to grow your personal pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads from clients, property developers, and investors
Conduct property viewings and present proposals to prospective clients
Negotiate contracts and terms between buyers/sellers or tenants/landlords
Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions
Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to close deals smoothly
Keep up to date with market trends, property regulations, and local real estate practices
Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business
Promote properties using digital platforms, network events, and personal outreach
Required Qualifications & Skills
Strong track record in real estate sales or brokerage
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and drive your own business
Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and property regulations
Self-motivated, target-driven and resilient
Proficiency in CRM tools or property-management software is a plus
Valid UAE driving license can be advantageous
