Role – Project Manager (Bridge Maintenance)

You will oversee all aspects of bridge and structure maintenance projects—from planning and budgeting to execution and handover. The role involves coordinating with clients (RTA, municipalities), supervising maintenance teams, managing subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and achieving timely delivery of all project milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute bridge maintenance projects in line with client requirements and specifications.

• Manage budgets, manpower, materials, and equipment for efficient project delivery.

• Conduct inspections, assess bridge conditions, and identify repair or strengthening requirements.

• Supervise structural maintenance, concrete repair, steel works, waterproofing, and expansion joint replacement.

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities.

• Ensure strict adherence to HSE and QA/QC standards across all maintenance activities.

• Prepare technical and financial reports, project status updates, and progress documentation.

• Lead project teams and mentor site engineers and supervisors.

• Monitor and mitigate project risks, variations, and delays.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum of 10–15 years’ experience in infrastructure or bridge maintenance, with proven UAE project exposure.

• Excellent knowledge of bridge inspection procedures, structural rehabilitation methods, and RTA standards.

• Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD).

• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
